Get to Know Patti!

Patti Bakaur, RDH joined RDH Temps office staff in 1999. Prior to that time Patti had temped as a dental hygienist at various times throughout her career. Some of her permanent jobs as a dental hygienist were as a result of temping with RDH Temps.

A graduate of Cape Cod Community College Dental Hygiene Program, Patti has worked in many facets of the dental field including clinical dental hygiene, dental office management, dental sales and as the director of a school based dental health program.

As a dental practice manager in the 1980's Patti received her introduction to computers in the dental office. At that time the computer required a room of its own, a small closet! How far things have come to today when many offices have computers in each operatory. Patti later helped transition other dental offices from paper to the electronic medium. It is no wonder that today she is actively involved in many aspects of RDH Temps proprietary computer software and related processes. She also assists dental offices and dental staff with both temporary and permanent placement needs. Patti's personal experience in dental offices is a valuable asset in dealing with both offices and personnel.

Patti resides on Cape Cod. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her 3 nephews who live close by. She is an avid Red Sox fan.
