RDH Temps, Inc. continues to develop and improve screening
process.
RDH Temps, Inc. takes much pride in the screening process used to assure the
quality and integrity of dental personnel sent to your dental facility. In
addition to applications, skill assessment and personal interviews which we
require, we also send out a written reference check to past employers, as well
as verifying that dental hygienist/ dentist licenses are current. We have always
encouraged verbal feedback from the offices in which we have placed our temps.
We have recently implemented one more step: we call references prior to their
receiving the written comprehensive form to ask the past employer if they would
rehire. In the near future, we anticipate asking the dental facilities where we
place temps for their feedback in a more formal written format. We encourage
your assistance in formulating a brief questionnaire.

Here at RDH Temps, Inc. we strive to send you the most qualified dental
personnel in the industry. We also want to send you someone who will be a good
“fit” in your office. If you or your staff have a specific request for a
hygienist or assistant, please let us know. We will do our best to honor that
request. In the event that an RDH temp is not working out or is not a good fit
in your office, please let us know ASAP, as we want to be proactive in our
attempts to remedy the situation. Please be advised, that State Labor laws
requires that personnel are paid for the number of hours they work in the
office.

This past year we have increased the meetings we exhibit at. We are now at
Yankee Dental Congress, Connecticut Dental Society
Meeting, Nutmeg Conference, The Conference, and NE Regional SADHA
Meeting. Stop by and say
hello. We always have fun give-aways, time slips, and a smile on our faces. Meet
some of the people you talk to on the phone. Tell us what your thoughts are. We
are there to see you. If you will be attending any meetings with exhibits, let us know, so we can see more of you.

Whether it is a scheduled vacation day, staff sick day, medical or maternity leave,
we are here to supply your office with the temporary help necessary to keep your
practice running smoothly. Our office is staffed from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fridays. Also, our
phones are monitored throughout the weekend to provide prompt service.
