New Partnership - Meet Kerry Bastow

Diane Zack, RDH is the founder of RDH Temps, Inc. Diane has partnered with Kerry Bastow, whose background is in business and technology. Together they are committed to continually innovate to maintain RDH Temps' reputation as New England's premier dental staffing agency.

As many of you know, Diane is a dental hygienist and graduate of Forsyth. Her expertise in meeting the staffing needs of the dental field has made RDH Temps the best in the business. In 2002, Kerry became involved with RDH Temps in her role as custom software designer. She quickly came to "get it" in regard to the specifics needed to expand on the previous software RDH Temps had used.

Fast forward to today and Kerry is hard at work planning the next best step from the business and technology perspective. Combine that with Diane's dental knowledge and long established business relationships and the possibilities are endless!

What Will You Do With the Extra Day?

February 29th is Leap Day. Every 4 years we get the opportunity to do something extra with an additional 24 hours in February. What will you do?

One suggestion might be to update your required annual OSHA Training. RDH Temps online OSHA training course makes it easy.

Our TCS Compliance Manager Program is an on-line employee training that is custom developed to reflect your needs as a temporary employee. Employees can access everything on-line, 24/7, from any Internet enabled computer. Courses are designed to instruct, intermittently quiz, and competently test comprehension for each module. A Certificate of Completion is printed for each participant who successfully completes the program*.

Yankee Dental Congress Was a Success!

RDH Temps had a great response at Yankee Dental Congress. We unveiled our new theme Come Grow with Us and introduced Kerry Bastow as a new partner in the 29 year old company. Founder Diane Zack (Seigal) and the rest of the staff greeted and met with customers old and new. A record number of interviews of new staff took place as well which will help with future placement needs, both temporary and permanent.

In addition to placing dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental administrative staff, RDH Temps is stressing our placement of dentists. We are actively recruiting dentists interested in temporary or permanent dental placements throughout the region.

RDH Temps announced the final numbers for our fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society's 2007 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at Yankee Dental. RDH Temps Team, Walk for Mom, raised $15,846.00 with 76 official walkers. Plans for the 2008 6 mile walk around the Charles River (October 5, 2008) are under way. Have You Grown Too?

Perhaps you have acquired additional skills or experience since you originally registered with RDH Temps. Computer software? Digital X-rays? Bleaching Techniques? These are just a few of the possible things offices may require. Updating your file will allow the most possible matches in our state of the art software program.

Perhaps you have sufficient experience to now be CDA Eligible. Maybe you have taken the CDA exam. Radiology certification is an often required experience. DANB has all the information to help you assess your current situation. If you have not pursued your CDA, what better time than now?
