The thermometer is ever so slowly creeping up. The sound of birds chirping is a
welcome break from the silence of the cold winter. Baseball season has begun again.
Ah, the wonders of SPRING!!!
Spring cleaning is an age old expression associated with cleaning a home after
the winter. However, it can also be synonymous with any sprucing up and organizing activities.
This issue of RDH Temps eNews will highlight some areas you may wish to
look at that could easily fall into Spring Cleaning territory. Completing A.C.E. (Additionally Credentialed Employee) requirements
would be a great Spring project.
A Shot of Protection is a must read on the importance of adult immunizations and is positive reinforcement of the value of keeping current in this
area.

| Meet Juliet Rogers - CT
Representative |
Juliet Rogers is the newest addition to RDH Temps. She was previously a dental assistant in San Diego, CA. Juliet moved to Connecticut in 2007 and  contacted
RDH Temps about dental assisting opportunities. In January of this year, she
joined our team in her current capacity as Connecticut area representative.
In addition to being a dental assistant, Juliet attended the Marriott School
of Management at Brigham Young University for two years. Juliet transferred to the University of Connecticut, where she is completing her bachelors degree in Health and
Sciences, Summa Cum Laude. Juliet serves as president of UConn's Pre-Dental
Society and is preparing to apply to dental school. In her spare time, Juliet is a volunteer scuba diver at the Mystic
Aquarium and she likes to accompany her husband Spencer on medical missions across the globe. Juliet and her husband live in southeastern Connecticut.
Juliet and will be traveling throughout the state to
visit our customers. She will also be recruiting dental staff in Connecticut and providing initial orientation to new RDH Temps
employees. If your office is based in Connecticut, don't be surprised if one of these days a smiling Juliet stops
in to say hello.

3. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccine or exposure

· DANB certificate or Copy of CDA/RDA card

· Radiology certification AND 3500 hours of dental assisting experience (ie: 2 years full time or 4 years part time)
Dental Hygienists:
· Local Anesthesia Permit (if applicable)

RDH Temps calendar is busy this Spring season!
We will be exhibiting at many dental meetings over the next few months. We will also have
representatives involved in presentations at several dental hygiene and dental assisting schools as new graduates prepare for the start of their careers in the
dental field.

Perhaps you have acquired additional skills
or experience since you originally registered with RDH Temps. Computer software? Digital X-rays? Bleaching Techniques? These are just a few of the possible
things offices may require. Updating your file will allow the most possible matches in our state of the art software program.
Perhaps you have sufficient experience to now be CDA Eligible. Maybe you have taken the CDA exam. Radiology certification
is an often required experience. DANB has all the information to help you assess your current situation. If you have not pursued your CDA, what better time than now?
If you are a dental hygienist, have you received your local anesthesia permit? If
so, please tell us so we may add that skill to your profile.
