Meet Kaitlyn Clark!

Kaitlyn Clark joined RDH Temps in 2001. She had moved to Cape Cod from Boston, where she grew up, to attend Cape Cod Community College. Prior to working with RDH Temps, Kait had worked in a dental office in the Boston area.

Kait works as a personnel coordinator in RDH Temps main office. Most likely you have had the pleasure of speaking with Kait when calling our office. She is always cheerful and helpful in dealing with facility or staff needs.

Kait also manages RDH Temps OSHA course. She follows who is in need of an update and assists with any questions regarding our continuing education offerings.

In the course of her employment with RDH Temps, Kait has been involved with exhibiting at Yankee Dental Congress, Rhode Island Dental Meetings and the CT State Dental Meeting at Mohegan Sun. This past January while at YDC, Kait had the pleasure to meet Coco Crisp of the World Champion Boston Red Sox when he stopped by RDH Temps booth!

When she is not at RDH Temps, Kait is at home or out and about with her 6 month old daughter. Kait enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the beach! Lucky for her there are lots of beaches on Cape Cod!

Mandatory OSHA Training Offered by RDH Temps

Our TCS Compliance Manager Program is an on-line employee training that is custom developed to reflect your needs as a temporary employee. Employees can access everything on-line, 24/7, from any internet enabled computer. Courses are designed to instruct, intermittently quiz, and competently test comprehension for each module. A Certificate of Completion is printed for each participant who successfully completes the program*.

*Please consult your state's continuing education credit criteria. We feel confident that this course fulfills the requirements by Board of Registration in the states of MA, NH, and RI as they are currently written.

OSHA requires all dental personnel to complete Hazard Communication, Blood borne Pathogens and General Safety Training every year.

There are fines of up to $10,000 for non-compliance.

Because all of our candidates are registered with us, we can arrange working interviews where you spend a day working at the office and are paid by RDH Temps, Inc. as our employee. This special service gives both the candidate and the facility a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.

Our Process
If you are not registered with RDH Temps, you must first do so. To start the process, simply contact us and let us know you are interested in our permanent placement services.

Once we verify your eligibility, we will arrange an interview with you in a convenient location. You should bring your resume. If you need help with your resume, we have some resume writing tips here.

You will also need to bring proof of identity and proof that you are a US citizen or are legally eligible to work in the US. If you have any of the documents on our A.C.E. list, you should also bring copies of those.

At the interview you will fill out some documentation and paperwork, and the interviewer will discuss with you the type of job you are looking for, your availability, the places you are willing to commute to, and answer any questions.

Shortly after your interview, one of our permanent placement coordinators will call you to review any jobs we may have that match your skills, experience, and your criteria. Any time a new job comes in while you are on our active list, we will evaluate that position to determine if it is a potential match for you.
